Well, we had a long weekend. No school Friday and Family day holiday on Monday here in Alberta.
The weather was lovely. As previously posted there was some skating done, a few hours of tobogganing at the back yard hill and a special backyard Olympic event last night for FHE.
After a rousing version of O Canada, the events included the Biathalon, luge, skeleton for the very brave, and ski jumping.
A fun time was had by all including Mom and Dad who, I'm sure, embarrassed the kiddos.
I'm not sure if you can tell from the pics but M&D made the climb to try the 2 man bobsleigh. The landing was not that pretty. The laughter was great!
The jump by Dev was the gold medal winning ski jump!
